1. REGISTRATION OF VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICES WITH SINGAPORE ACCOUNTING AND BUSINESS SERVICES PTE LTD
I. The registered business address is for client usage on their letterheads. business cards, envelopes, invoices and for written correspondence.
II. The registered telephone AND, registered fax. allocated are far client usage their letterheads, business cards, envelopes, invoices and etc.

2. CHANGES / TERMINATION OF VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICES (Inclusive of Address, Answering, Fax Services)
I. The clients roust inform SINGAPORE ACCOUNTING AND BUSINESS SERVICES PTE LTD immediately of any changes in their business particulars, e.g. Cessation of business. changes in partnerships, address, contact number, etc.
II. One month's notice to the firm is for the termination of service. The client must show the firm the document to transfer/ terminate the business name registered with the company's address out
of ACRA records. There is strictly no retied of transfer of utilized services of any kind.
III. SINGAPORE ACCOUNTING AND BUSINESS SERVICES PTE LTD reserves the right to forfeit any deposits I payments made if the client default on any balance payment after registration is made. All payment for facilities / services provided by the firm to the client must be made in full after registration is done.
IV. SINGAPORE ACCOUNTING AND BUSINESS SERVICES PTE LTD reserves the right to terminate the virtual office services upon service expiry.

3. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE FOR VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICES / BUSINESS SERVICES
I. SINGAPORE ACCOUNTING AND BUSINESS SERVICES PTE LTD reserves the right to return any uncollected mails to mail / parcel senders upon 30 days after letter/ parcel information. (VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICES / BUSINESS SERVICES)
II. SINGAPORE ACCOUNTING AND BUSINESS SERVICES PIE LTD reserves the right to return / dispose all uncollected mails / parcels more than 1 month from date of collection notification via email / SMS or more than 1 month after expiration of services. (VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICES BUSINESS SERVICES)
III. SINGAPORE ACCOUNTING AND BUSINESS SERVICES PIE LTD reserves the right to open any letter or parcel to help identify the addressee should SINGAPORE ACCOUNTING AND BUSINESS SERVICES PTE LTD be not able to identify who the letters / parcels belong to. (VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICES BUSINESS SERVICES)
IV. SINGAPORE ACCOUNTING AND BUSINESS SERVICES PIE responsible for any loss of mail or correspondence in the process of redirection of mail. Approval must be obtained for any bulky items to be sent to the registered address. Bulky items must be collected by the next working day. (VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICES / BUSINESS SERVICES)
V. SINGAPORE ACCOUNTING AND BUSINESS SERVICES PIE LTD reserves the right to change or amend any of the above-mentioned terms and conditions from time to time without giving any notice.
VI. This agreement shall remain effective for all subsequent services renewal.
VII. Local Out-going Fax Charges applies (50 Cents for Every Page, provided client have Mail Forwarding Credit, Faxing to Overseas number not Available).
VIII. Incoming Faxes should be attention to client's Company name for easier identification and SINGAPORE ACCOUNTING AND BUSINESS SERVICES PTE LTD will not be held responsible for any delay, non-sending & loss of fax(es) for the client.

4. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE FOR ALL SERVICES
I. SINGAPORE ACCOUNTING AND BUSINESS SERVICES PTE LTD reserves the right to change or amend any of the above-mentioned prices. times art without giving any notice.
II. Singaporean / PR clients are email to inark@singapore-vimialoffice.com with attached KI V, K2V. Address Agreement forms in order to activate the virtual office account. 131. IV. All payments shall not be refundable and exchangeable for other services / products.
V. SINGAPORE ACCOUNTING AND BUSINESS SERVICES PTE LTD reserves the right to terminate the facilities / services without notice and my / our deposits and payment will be forfeited.
VI. I i We hereby fully indemnify and hold SINGAPORE ACCOUNTING AND BUSINESS SERVICES PTE LTD harmless from any loss, responsibility, costs or damages or liabilities from any parry concerned.
VII. I / We hereby confirm that we are using the above services for legitimate businesses only and fully indemnify and hold SINGAPORE ACCOUNTING AND BUSINESS SERVICES PTE LTD harmless from any loss, responsibility, costs or damages or liabilities from any party concerned.

5. DECLARATIONS APPLICABLE FOR ALL SERVICES WITH SINGAPORE ACCOUNTING AND BUSINESS SERVICES PTE LTD
I. I / We the person-in-charge agree to accept and be bound by all the above terms and conditions.
